Real estate marketing consultant in Bangalore.

Work with Deepak Vishwakarma on a clearer plan for campaigns, landing pages and lead quality—starting with the question that matters to your project.

A review that connects marketing and sales.

I’m Deepak Vishwakarma, known as DeepakAdswala. I have 3+ years of experience, with core expertise in performance marketing and experience in SEO and social media marketing. I run BricknClick. My consulting approach starts with understanding the offer and the enquiry journey before recommending more channels.

PAID CAMPAIGNS

Review the traffic and message

Look at campaign objectives, search or creative relevance, destinations and the quality of the resulting enquiries. A low cost per lead is useful only when the definition of a useful lead is clear.

PAGE EXPERIENCE

Find unanswered buyer questions

Review whether the landing page explains the actual project, configuration and next action. Check how the experience works on a phone and where visitors may hesitate before enquiring.

FOLLOW-UP

Connect reports to sales reality

Look at assignment, contactability, qualification and visit outcomes. Identify where the available data is incomplete so the recommendation distinguishes evidence from assumptions.

When a consulting conversation makes sense.

BEFORE LAUNCH

You want to choose a starting scope

Bring the project offer, approved information, target outcome and budget range. We can discuss which channel and page work should come first and what the team needs ready before spending.

DURING A CAMPAIGN

You have enquiries but unclear progress

Bring aggregate campaign results and the lead-stage definitions your team uses. The first task is to understand where enquiries stop progressing and whether the report is measuring comparable cohorts.

For builders, developers, brokers and channel partners in Bangalore, project context matters. A villa launch, an apartment campaign and a commercial leasing brief need different questions; the recommendation should reflect the offer rather than reuse a generic checklist.

How I structure the review.

01

Understand the question

Agree the main decision: channel selection, landing-page improvements, lead quality or reporting. Define the review scope and the information needed for that decision.

02

Inspect the available evidence

Review the agreed pages and account reports when access is available. Mark missing data and assumptions clearly rather than presenting a guess as a finding.

03

Prioritise the next actions

Summarise the observed issues, likely impact and dependencies. Distinguish fixes that can be made now from experiments that need a defined measure and review period.

04

Agree implementation ownership

Decide what your team will handle and what needs agency delivery. Confirm deliverables, fees and access separately before implementation begins.

Bring a brief, not a folder of disconnected screenshots.

The most useful starting information is the project locality, property type, available inventory, current channels, media-budget range and the outcome you want to improve. Add your current lead stages and who owns follow-up. Aggregate counts are sufficient for an initial discussion.

Use my copyable real estate campaign brief to put those inputs in one place. Keep account passwords and personal lead records out of the initial brief.

For example, “we want more leads” leaves the problem open. “We receive enquiries, but do not know how many were contacted or completed a visit” gives the review a specific starting question. That example describes a planning scenario, not an actual client result.

Useful content and clear measurement come first.

A landing page should help a visitor understand the offer and take the next step. Google’s landing-page guidance includes relevance, usefulness and ease of navigation when explaining the experience. That is one reason I review the destination alongside campaign reports.

For organic discovery, helpful information and accessible pages remain the foundation. Google explains that its AI search features use the same foundational SEO practices; there is no special markup that guarantees inclusion. The review can identify content and technical issues, while actual indexing and search performance need Search Console evidence.

For delivery, BricknClick’s services overview covers ads, SEO, social media and websites. If the operational gap is after the enquiry, review the CRM and lead-management scope. My about page explains the connection between DeepakAdswala and BricknClick.

Questions before a strategy review.

Is consulting the same as campaign management?

No. Consulting focuses on diagnosis, priorities and recommendations within an agreed scope. Ongoing campaign management, creative production, website changes and integrations are separate delivery decisions.

Can you review work done by our current team?

A review can focus on the agreed business question using the information you are authorised to share. Your team can retain implementation ownership; the scope should make responsibilities clear.

Do we need Google Ads and Meta Ads together?

Not automatically. The available offer, audience context, budget and evidence should inform the first channel decision. Spreading resources across too many campaigns can make it harder to learn what works.

Can you guarantee leads, bookings or first-position rankings?

No fixed outcome is promised. Campaign performance depends on the offer, market, budget, page experience and follow-up; search visibility also depends on search systems. Agree measurable objectives and review the evidence.

Can we discuss a project remotely?

Yes, start by sharing the project context through the contact options below. Meeting format, availability and the review scope can then be agreed directly.

Start with your project

Let’s decide what needs attention first.

Share your project locality, property type, current marketing channels and the result you want to improve. Mention whether you are a builder, developer, broker or channel partner. Deepak will use that context to discuss the scope, account access needed and a suitable next step.

Media spend, agency work, creative production and any software subscriptions are separate scope decisions. Confirm the deliverables and fees before work begins.
